Normandale Village	Bloomington, MN

	Normandale Village is a 140,193 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at 5101 W 98th Street in Bloomington, MN, a southern suburb of Minneapolis. Normandale was originally built in 1973 with renovations in 2001. The center is anchored by a Lunds grocery store, which is well known in the community for top quality foods and a high level customer service. Additionally, Normandale Village has notable inline tenants including US Bank, Haskell’s, Snyder Drug Store, Great Clips and Famous Dave’s Restaurant. The center also contains three out buildings on the site including Wells Fargo Bank, a BP-Amoco gas station, and a Perkins Restaurant.
Meadowood Shopping Center	Madison, WI
	Meadowood Shopping Center is a neighborhood retail center located at 5702 Raymond Road in Madison, WI. Originally constructed in 1963, it contains approximately 61,120 square feet of rentable space. In 2007, the building was renovated, including a new façade and parking lot, along with the construction of a new Walgreen’s store on the east end of the site.
