Andy Bruce
Principal

Andy joined MLG in 1995 and is an executive vice president. Andy is a principal of MLG Development, MLG Capital and MLG Management. Andy's primary focus is MLG's business park and residential development efforts.

His responsibilities include land acquisition, entitlement procurement, infrastructure construction and marketing. Andy also manages the TIF-backed public/private partnerships MLG has with a number of Wisconsin communities.

Prior to joining MLG, Andy was the Director of Business Development for WisPark Corporation. At Wispark Corporation, Andy managed development of over 1,000,000 square feet of built-to-suit and speculative industrial development. In addition, Andy acquired experience in office and industrial development working for Pactel Properties in San Francisco, California.

Andy holds a Masters of Science in real estate from the University of Wisconsin (1985) and a Bachelor’s degree in architecture (1982). Andy is a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Broker.
