Mike has more than 40 years of experience in real estate investment, development, management and acquisition. He founded Settlement Real Estate, Inc. and Settlement Investments (SIMC) through which he acquired and managed over 2,000 multi-family residential units, coordinated numerous construction projects and purchased and developed land sites. SIMC now operates as a part of MLG.

Mike was instrumental in the acquisition of over 4,000 apartment units in Texas and Florida. Mike works closely with MLG's chief financial officer on all real estate investment acquisitions and real estate development projects.
