Tim joined NAI MLG Commercial in 1989 as chief financial officer. In 2000, he assumed the role of chief executive officer. Tim is a principal, serves on the board of directors and is an officer for the MLG family of companies including MLG Capital, MLG Development, MLG Management and NAI MLG Commercial. As CEO, Tim remains committed and involved with integral functions of the investment and development segments including long-term and short-term business strategies, innovative concepts to debt financing and complex partnership structures. Tim directs the path of investment and development projects including acquisition, sales and marketing, investor recruitment and relations, residential and business park development and asset disposition. Under Tim’s leadership, MLG has expanded both its project scope and geography with residential, condominium and marina projects in the Virginia and Florida markets.
